Chance Berry is a high-ceiling combo guard with an elite physical profile and an all-around game that continues to mature with each season. Standing at 6'3", she brings rare size to the backcourt and leverages it well as both a scorer and a playmaker. Entering her junior year at Royal Crown, Berry already has valuable international experience, having represented Team Canada at the 2024 FIBA World Cup — a testament to her talent, composure, and upside.

Berry is a confident ball handler who can control the offense with either hand. She’s comfortable navigating pressure and consistently makes smart decisions in transition. Her court vision is one of her best assets, especially on the fast break, where she excels at finding teammates in stride and creating easy scoring opportunities. Whether she's initiating the offense or playing off the ball, Berry makes things happen with a calm, controlled demeanor.

What separates Berry from many guards her size is her toughness. She’s not afraid to get on the floor for loose balls or mix it up inside for rebounds. That grit, paired with her natural leadership, makes her a coach’s dream. She's vocal on the court, encourages her teammates, and leads by example in both effort and energy.

Defensively, her length and physicality allow her to guard multiple positions. She can switch onto smaller guards or hold her ground against forwards. As she continues to develop lateral quickness and sharpen her perimeter shot selection, she’ll become an even more complete player.
