Grind Session Recruiting News - 2025

Pangos All-American Camp 2025

The 23rd annual Pangos All-American Camp, held from June 1–3, 2025, at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, once again showcased the nation's top high school basketball talent. Organized by Dinos Trigonis, the invitation-only event featured 120 elite players and attracted scouts from NCAA Division I programs and NBA teams, solidifying its reputation as a premier platform for emerging basketball stars.

Top Performers Shine

The camp culminated in the "Cream of the Crop" Top 30 and Top 60 All-Star games, highlighting standout performers:

  • Mahamadou Diop (2026): The 6'10" forward from San Gabriel Academy (CA) impressed with his rim protection and versatility, earning co-MVP honors in the Top 30 game .
  • Siincere Hudson (2026): A 6'2" guard from Inderkum High School (CA), Hudson demonstrated leadership and playmaking skills, sharing co-MVP honors with Diop
  • Jacob Lanier (2026): The 6'6" wing from DME Academy (FL) made history as a two-time Top 30 MVP, showcasing consistent all-around performance.
  • Quinn Costello (2026): A 6'10" forward from The Newman School (MA), Costello's fluid athleticism and shooting touch elevated his national profile, leading to a scholarship offer from Minnesota.
  • Kaiden Bailey (2026): The 6'3" guard from Santa Margarita (CA) recorded a triple-double in early games, demonstrating his all-around capabilities.
  • Reese Alston (2027): A 6'2" guard from Second Baptist School (TX), Alston, son of former NBA player Rafer Alston, impressed with his mid-range game and court vision.

Unselfish Play and Emerging Talent

The 2025 camp was noted for its high level of unselfish play, with point guards like Jason Gardner Jr. (2027), Tyler Sutton (2027), and Jordan Skyers (2026) setting the tone. Big men such as Tyran Frazier (2027) and Lucas Toukam (2026) contributed with efficient play and strong defensive presence.

Notably, underclassmen like Tai Bell (2028), son of former NBA player Raja Bell, and Branden Sharpe (2028) demonstrated that the future of high school basketball is bright.

Continued Legacy

The Pangos All-American Camp continues to be a critical event for player exposure, with a history of alumni including NBA stars like James Harden, Anthony Davis, and DeMar DeRozan. The 2025 edition upheld this tradition, providing a platform for the next generation of basketball talent to shine .
